Licensed in Massachusetts since 1991, Richard has foreclosed real property throughout the southeastern region and Cape Cod. This market has little to no acceptance of the auction method of marketing properties unless they are bank owned foreclosures and even then, the numbers are so upside down that new buyers seldom purchase real estate at auction. Charity Auctions
Richard J Conti Auctioneers Inc. pioneered the auction method of marketing for non-profit fundraising in the early 1990s throughout southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This resulted from working closely with the auction committees to ensure success as auctions are a lot of work, done properly, resulting in a lot of money.
